Woven Through Fire

Woven Through Fire explores the relationship between memory, material, and inherited identity through abstraction, texture, and symbolic construction. Strips of raw fabric rise like pillars across a field of burning amber, ochre, and gold—evoking landscapes scorched by time, ritual, migration, and rebirth.

Embedded forms, organic textures, and coded geometric elements suggest fragments of forgotten languages, architectural foundations, and cultural patterns passed silently through generations. The rough textile surfaces stand in deliberate contrast to the luminous painted ground, creating a dialogue between permanence and transformation, structure and spirit.

Through the fusion of fabric, paint, and found materials, this work becomes both map and memory—an abstract archive of where we come from, and what remains woven within us.
